Carefeed helps your community share timely information with residents and families. Whether it’s an event, reminder, or urgent alert, messages are delivered through multiple channels—like text and email—so they’re easy to receive and hard to miss. Communications will come directly from the community’s phone number and email addresses.
Family Portal
One place for families to stay informed and involved
The Carefeed Family Portal provides families secure, easy access to calendars, updates, documents, and messages all in one place. Residents and responsible parties can review and sign paperwork, stay current on events, make payments, review protected health information, and communicate with the community.
E-Sign & Contents
Simple, secure paperwork without the stress
Carefeed makes signing important documents easy. Admissions paperwork, consents, and other forms can be reviewed and signed digitally from anywhere—no printing, scanning, or in-person follow-up needed.
Signed documents are securely stored in the resident’s record, helping ensure everything is complete and creating a smoother, more confident admissions experience.
