Our Team
As a long term resident of Perryton, I’ve lived at this facility for the past six years. It’s become my home, my comfort and my residence. The staff are warm, kind and caring people!

“My stay has been really good, and the staff has been excellent to me. They attend to me when I asked for help. My medicine is always on time, the nurses take the time to make sure I am alright!” The Rehab Department staff comes to get me every day to ensure I am receiving my therapy. They are kind, gentle, and patient with me. I’ve seen how the staff treats the other patients and residents of Capstone with great respect and individual attention. Although my stay here is short, it’s been a great one so far, I would definitely recommend it!”
